Jordan Farrales is the Broker Owner of Gulfstream Property Partners. His approach to brokerage is shaped by more than a decade of experience as a real estate investor, developer, and owner.
His background spans acquisitions, ground-up development, underwriting, financing, and complex negotiations across Florida. That experience allows him to evaluate real estate beyond the transaction—understanding value, recognizing risk, identifying opportunities, and negotiating from a position grounded in the economics of the asset.
Through an established network of developers, architects, contractors, engineers, lenders, and other professionals, Jordan is also able to help clients evaluate and execute opportunities to improve or unlock value in their real estate.
He brings the same discipline, judgment, and accountability to client assignments that he applies to his own investments and development projects.
